In this picture, this neighbour is feeding the pigeons with rice. He spreads the rice on the roof, and wait. Sometimes there's alot of pigeons, I guess it's because of the weather turning bad this evening .
Apparently, not much people can still care about nature, but he does, maybe his children love them, has made him a one good example of nature lover, saving a bit nature for his children's future.
Not all smoker is bad, like not all animals are cruel.
