I work as a sales promoter for a toy product. On the first day, I set up the table and chairs with boss. The sales was great, thanks to him.
Today, I spent time research on how the toy works, write my note of things I can play with. I'm on my own now. There's a family of two were sitting there when I reach, setting up display, immediately attracts families to come and explore the toy.
The kids and parents enjoy my performance as I do the play and trick. However... not all really willingly to buy 5 and get a mini free gift when I push the sales. They prefer buying one for the try even after I demonstrated the play.
I also notice some kids
1. take the display gluevy toy and left without trace.
2. Naughty ones play very rough which spoil the image for the other parents to reconsider buying.
3. who's parents left them in my area and went to shopping.
4. took away the substitute toys we use in the play, well luckily the father brought them back, otherwise my boss will be in headache.
I even see kids' parents purposely bring over shoes and clothes from other sections for them to try because they couldn't stop play with it. Some left buying it to please the kids, while some complains about lots of toys they have and left.
I met two family kids who even said they can make the gluey toy themselves or taught in class. (I can't believe it)
I met one girl about age 11-12, she makes use of the gluey toy to creative veils, hats, shawl, handbag and even a gown for a princess toy we use as substitute toy. She's very creative.

There's four siblings came over just to kill time 35 minutes before closing, they want to play but don't want to buy them. Same goes with their mother who keeps asking me question, even I give them what I know, they left putting back the toy...
In the end, I'm good for nothing..
