1 Week Camp in Hospital

I'm prepared on a special mission, stay a week in hospital. Or should I said 'camp' in hospital ?

No online no laptop no electronics except bringing myself a camera wandering around in the hallway, up high  the top floor, 11th floor, taking the country side scenery.

 This is Selayang Hospital, Selayang.
Transport
KL Sentral  -->  Kepong Sentral =  RM1.40 (KTM)
Kepong Sentral -->Hospital = Only Taxi, roughly RM7.10 ~ RM12 depends the time.

 Photo taken from the skybridge.

The 2nd cafetria, it was close down 3 days after our arrival because the contract has due.

Outside, Lobby is at the middle of the entrance

Nothing but reading Star newspapers, there's a lot of time to spare. I was planning to bring puzzle to play, but ... anyway there's things to read, there's place to explore. Basically I know of the place to walk and wander, even entering the "Only Staff "area, their computer lab, library, food factory, laundry area and even passing Rumah Mayat which I don't know if I did passing there....= =

There's 3 mini shoplots outside Main Lobby [Lobi Utama], err.. of course it's not cheap. I bought newspapers, soap, fruit knife and junk food from there.

Inside, passing the registration section, there's total 6 lift facilities. This is the 6th floor I took. My camera is just not wide enough to capture nicely, plus dark because can't flash till there.

The securities at the lift are much ruder, they didn't let me in for my 2nd last day camping here. Well, even if the visiting time hasn't arrived, I found my way up without crowding in the lift afterward.
Going to the right [Wad 6A 6B]

 The long hallway
Turn Right again to Wad 6B
 Entrance
 Nurses & doctors counter desks
Whiteboard with patients' name written, the aqua door into the 2nd class room, and the corridor to N&D's desks.

Inside facing the main door room. Two Was/Shower room between.

There's 4 beds in one 2nd Class room, Shower Room on the left door, 2 beds
 Shower room, clean and comfortable

This one is on the right

Besides wandering in the hospital, I explored nearby. Crossing the greeny skybridge, I found a shopping mall hotel, hostel little shoplots and cafe with WiFi available there. However... not much people around, and no supermarket.
I took this one on the toppest floor, an empty car park lot, where I tried to take a full view of the hospital, but the wall was more than 2m tall.

The view from the 2nd class room's windows.

And the following photos I took at 11th floor :
This is the Main Lobby view
Right side is the 3rd lobby, and the cafeteria I just took.
That's the Shopping mall and Tall hostel I mentioned to had explored.
There got Station 1 Cafe, and Tea Cafe, Kedai Komuniti, Vegetarian restaurant, hotel, hostel and few shoplots sell random things.

Most of the patients have diabetes, that's why they recover much slower and stayed longer. The food.... imagine the dish you eat without salt... you feel the vegetables in your mouth but you don't feel the taste.... for a week I ate there... Frankly, I like the food taste they prepared better than eating at the cafeteria, I felt losing appetite when all the food are yellowish orange curry one line go, nothing is colourful, and all spice.

Porridge If not wrong this is breakfast time. Oh they always change meal sets, you have no idea what meals gonna prepare the next meal time.
Fresh fruit.

Don't worry, they are very healthy food although it's lesser taste. For diabetes patients, their food are much more tasteless than normal patients, but don't worry, a small bag of salt is always ready in their food tray.

The purple uniforms are the students on the train led by an experienced staff nurse wearing blue tudung. She watched them carefully when they perform their skills to the patients.

Of course, I got two days out at noon to buy stuffs from far away, erm... MidValley.
Transport
Hospital --> Kepong Sentral = RM7.10 - 12 (Taxi)
Kepong Sentral --> MidValley = RM1.60 (KTM)

Found interesting place to wander, The Garden Mall.

Top floor, at arcade watching pro dance. What makes their body so soft bone??

Few photos taken on in an exhibition.

It's a large exhibition where we have to fill in form to get a sticker pass to enter, huge crowds finding their job  in various company group there, immediate interview or further studies. Mostly vacancies are recruiting IT softwares, programmers and chip engineers...

JobStreet is sure popular in KL, but not in KK...

Stayed up evening, I took photos of the catwalk at Centre Court before leaving.

It's was my first time I got permission to out alone. Lots of bad things happened on the two days out MidValley. If mom knows, I'm sure she will never let me out again.
