Some middle person (also new staff) receives message and passing to the work handler, which is me. I feel stressed that I can't blow steam on the middle person for making my job harder everytime they made me amend single thing several times on very last minute.
I on the other hand, making other people's life easier while I suffer.
October to December is the busiest months of the year in this company where most events have to be completed before Christmas, and new theme is gonna brainstorm for next year.
I thought switching of hard printed books into web digital this year could get my life back. However... the other departments took more time and what's left for creative department is a short week to prepare every collaterals for the events held the following week... A damn 1 week...
